What my support means?
I am here for you. To make your life easier in many ways:
- I am a highly trained small business owner who provides exceptional business and/or personal administrative support to other small business owners or entrepreneurs in all aspects of their busy lives. Through the use of modern technology and communication media, a Virtual Assistant is able to communicate with the client right from their home office virtually via fax, email, telephone and the internet.
- I share a partnership with people who want to make enhancements in their businesses or life.
- I free up a client up to do more of what the client loves and does best.
- The actual significance of this style of partnership is the relationship itself. This high level, long term, collaborative and trusting relationship is established when each person chooses the other based on mutual attraction.
- In general, I become an integral part of the clients’ businesses while managing a wide range of duties. A strong form of synergy is created as the relationship develops and grows.
How is working with me different from having an employee?
A Virtual Assistance is different than an employed Administrative Assistant in many ways:
With a Virtual Assistant you receive all the benefits of a highly-skilled Administrative Assistant only you don’t have the added paperwork, taxes or problems of having an employee.

What are my fees?
Packages To Meet Your Every Need:
Pay-As-You-Go Package
The Pay-As-You-Go Package is for those who wish to work with me on an ongoing basis, but don’t think they need a great deal of hours each month.
The Pay-As-You-Go Package Includes:
- Unlimited e-mail support.
- A 30 minute “Getting to Know You” call is included in my monthly fees. This session is set up for us to get to know one another and set expectations and goals for our collaborative sessions together.
- Monthly invoices will be sent on the 20th of each month with net due by the 1 st of the following month.
- Invoices will include the number of hours worked multiplied by the rate for the month. (time calculated in 10 minute increments).
- Any special supplies or expenses that were incurred on the client’s behalf will be itemized and added to the invoice.
- FEE:$50.00 Per Hour (billed in 15-minute increments)
Retainer Package
The Retainer Package is for those who are ready for a deeper level of commitment, and who know that they are going to consistently need a larger block of time each month.
The Retainer Package Includes:
- Unlimited e-mail support.
- A 30 minute “Getting to Know You” call is included in my monthly fees. This session is set up for us to get to know one another and set expectations and goals for our collaborative sessions together.
- An invoice is generated on the 20th of each month for the following month and due on the 1st of the following month.
- Invoice will include month retainer fee in addition to any hours additionally worked.
- All special supplies or expenses incurred on the client’s behalf will be itemized and billed on the invoice.
- Time worked is calculated in 15-minute increments.
- FEE:$45.00 Per Hour ($450.00 Per Month) + $45.00 Per Hour (for additional time used also billed in 15-minute increments)
Product Creation Package
I accept Product Creation Projects on a case-by-case basis depending on current client schedule.
The Product Creation Package Includes:
- 30 minute “getting to know you” consultation on the project.
- Development of the product or creation of the project.
- Set up and production of the product or project.
- Continued communication regarding the Product.
- 3 revisions of the product or project.
- Invoice will include month retainer fee in addition to any hours additionally worked.
- All special supplies or expenses incurred on the client’s behalf will be itemized and billed on the invoice.
- Training on how to use and manage of the product or project if needed.
- FEE:Fee is figured on my hourly fee of $50 Per Hour and the extent of the project.
Website Creation Package:
The fee will be based on a $500 starting price for all websites. The fee will go up from there based on the customizations required and any additional services added at a rate of $50 per hour. The average simple website normally ranges between $1,500 and $2,000 per website.
